The location is excellent with easy access to important sights and public transportation options. The spacious room had comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of regional specialties. The front desk staff, especially Cecilia, were very helpful and kind.

I was actually surprised by the size of the room and bathroom at the hotel. The king size bed was comfortable, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing bubble bath in the room. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were a great addition to my stay, and I appreciated that they weren't overcrowded due to the reservation system.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, close to the centre of the city. It's just a short walk to the subway, allowing for easy access to explore the rest of Buenos Aires. During my Christmas stay, I loved the spa facilities offered by the hotel. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the massage I received was great. Another great aspect of the hotel was its convenient location. It was situated in a key area, close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city. Lastly, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff.
There were a few negatives I experienced. the wifi connection was quite unreliable, often dropping out except for late at night.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as I was able to explore many great restaurants and shopping places in the Palermo area. The staff spoke good English and were incredibly helpful when I had a request. They even allowed me to hold on to my luggage until it was time for me to head to the airport. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to the various attractions in the city, either by foot or by using the SUBE card for the metro. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities such as an ironing facility, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
